Execution:      Board members will be introduced (including their position) and Committee members will be introduced (including position). After there will be a question and answer from the general members. Near the end there will be a call for volunteers to help with any deficiencies

Requirements: Chairs to be placed in lecture format facings east. Three tables at the front for the Board and Committee members to sit at.

Comments:     It is important to know who represents you on the Board and each of the Committees. This is a night for you to get some answers to any questions you may have.
