Goals: To learn about utilizing media for guild exposure as well as public reading of our work

Execution: A brief talk about past media coverage for the Guild by Anita, then a discussion about potential ways to promote the Guild. In addition we will have some writing prompts with the intention of of practising to read them.

6:35 – 6:45 Guild announcements, call for committee members

6:45 – 7:10 Talk and discussion about media

7:10 – 7:25 Writing from word prompts

7:25 – 7:40 Read pieces

7:40 – 7:45 Cleanup

Comments: Promoting the Guild through media attention and readings helps put the Guild in a positive light.
